This creamy, coconut-chocolate delight is inspired by the classic Australian Lamington and packed with nutrient-dense collagen, to support glowing skin, strong joints, and a healthy gut. Made with our Cashew Shortbread Collagen Protein Bar and Collagen Protein Powder range, this smoothie combines nutrient-dense ingredients with an irresistible flavour. It's the perfect choice for breakfast, post-workout recovery, or a nourishing dessert.   Serves 2 Cook time: 2 minutes Dietary: Gluten-free, protein-rich, low-carb Ingredients 250ml unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice) 2 heaped tbsp Chief Creamy Vanilla Collagen Protein   1 x Chief Cashew Shortbread Collagen Protein Bar 2 tbsp coconut cream or yoghurt of choice ½ tsp organic ground cinnamon   2 handfuls of ice 1 tbsp cacao nibs (to garnish)  Method Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender. Serves: 1 Prep time: 5 minutes Dietary: Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free Ingredients 2 medium ripe bananas  2 large free-range egg 1 cup almond meal 2 tablespoons tapioca flour 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch sea salt Coconut oil, for frying  Banana Crumble Topping: 1 x Chief Peanut Bar Collagen Bar, crumbled 1 small banana, sliced 2 tablespoons maple syrup or rice malt syrup, to taste  What to do Add the banana into a medium mixing bowl.
