Nothing beats the perfect baked potato. The outside is golden brown and crisp, and the inside is warm and fluffy. To top this off, filling the perfect baked potato with our creamy guac makes this deal a balanced meal, perfect for an easy weeknight dinner, or entertaining health-conscious guests on the weekend. We’ve added our Smokey BBQ Biltong to our famous cream guacamole, which gives is a bacon-like flavour and an extra dose of protein. We love to save half of the potatoes for lunch the next day, as the cooked and cooled potatoes are a great form of resistant starch to support a healthy gut. Made with our Cashew Shortbread Collagen Protein Bar and Collagen Protein Powder range, this smoothie combines nutrient-dense ingredients with an irresistible flavour.
